I've had my eye on this
top for some time, but for some reason it just sat and sat in my cart...
Until I saw it on the gorgeous blogger
Marina McAvoy, sometimes you just need a little inspiration and she wore it just right. Feel free to call me a copy cat
Top:
Chicwish $44.97//Sunglasses:
Le Specs $118//Clutch:
Marni $550//Ring:
Jennifer Fisher $225//Sandals:
Rag & Bone $475//
I check out the picture of the top on Marina and it is so much more wearable than I would have expected! Looks great on her and I bet it looks great on you. Totally loving that Marni clutch too, by the way, how perfect for spring!

I love this look and I also love how you credit another blogger for the inspiration. We should all be that generous to one another. :)
ReplyDeleteI have never wore this style of top. I need to checkout. These will looks great with blue jeans for sure. I think I need to update my closet lol.
ReplyDeleteThat top is awesome! I'm in love! Wouldn't it be great at the beach!

That outfit is everything! It's gorgeous. I really want that top. I might have to copy the copycat.
ReplyDeleteI probably would have had the same reaction to the top. It looks like it would be difficult, but seeing something work on somebody else always sells it for me.
ReplyDeleteThis is a really pretty top! I like the colors. That clutch is nice too!
ReplyDeleteThat's a seriously cute top - and I think Marina was right to pair it that way with just simple jeans. I really loved the shoes you chose too - they're perfect!
ReplyDeleteThat's really beautiful shirt!!
ReplyDeleteI also have my eye on this top! It's just so cute and will be perfect for spring!
ReplyDeleteSpring perfection! I can't wait to wear it!

This top is perfect for Spring! There are so many ways to wear it but I think jeans are the perfect ones! I love the style! So comfy!
ReplyDeleteThat's a really lovely outfit! I love the color as well. I think it's great with jeans and wedges, just like what I'd usually wear for the season.
ReplyDeleteI actually really love this look too but I can relate. Often I see something on the rack or on a model and I'm just not sure how I would 'pull it off' in my life...until I see it on another 'ordinary' (?!) person. LOL. That's terrible, but it's true. I'm always more inspired by the shoppers I see in the mall than the ones in see in magazines.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness for Instagram for style inspiration, lol!!

That top is too cute. I love the bows and the stripes. This is going in my cart today, and it wont stay there for more than a few seconds. Great recommendation.
ReplyDeleteSeeing your pick of lovely top inspired me to create my own version this weekend. Hello DIY!
ReplyDeleteOoh, LOVE that top! It's not something I would normally go for as I usually pick out edgier pieces, but this post is inspiring me to branch out with my style a little! Fashion should be fun, after all. Thanks for the inspo!
ReplyDeleteOh that is just the cutest outfit. I'd love to get all of it from the top to the shoes, to wear to an upcoming festival.
ReplyDeleteI love this top it is adorable. The entire outfit you put together is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI believe it's ok to copy fashion, call it inspiration :) I saw how she wear it and nailed it. Go for it, your choices are really good :)
ReplyDeleteI am really into shirts now, especially any that are cold, shoulder , de-contructed or dressy. I love the sleeves on this one x
ReplyDeleteOmg just loving that top!!! Perfect for spring and summer! Too chic!
