On Point

I am typically  a crazy person speed walking through Target during my weekly shop, but some days it pays to slow down because you never know what you are going to find at Target, like this great gauze off the shoulder dress I stumbled on today. The tassel detail on the sleeve, the little tassels running down the front and of course the price $27.99 is so on point. I bought the cream and sized up so I am able to wear it belted, it also comes in black and this pretty blue.
