Back to the gym...

Everyday that little voice inside my head says go to the gym, today will be the day, get back to the gym. I think that's the angel voice because then I hear the other voice, stay in your pj's, tomorrow will be the day, this must be the little chubby tootsie roll eating devil voice.

Fall Back

We may have fallen behind in time, and I admit that the early darkness disagrees with me immensely, but by the look of the spectacular sunsets the last few nights here in the Hamptons I am convinced it is the Universe assuring us all that this is going to be an easy winter.
